My parents discovered Manziana village at the end of ‘60s, and immediately they loved it. My father bought an agricultural land not too far from the village and some years later the villa start to be built.

Situated 2 km from Manziana center and 45 Km from Rome, the country house is in a hilly (400 m), wooded agricultural area bordering at the local "National Park of Bracciano-Martignano".

The rooms are warm and pleasant during winter and fresh during summer. The large spaces are furnished in a country and comfortable style.

The country house has large open spaces, a private pool, parking, a park full of olive trees, fruit trees, and a vegetable garden with a magnificent view on the hills of Lake Bracciano.

Relax

The pool is full immersed in the green wooded hills of Bracciano lake. Guests will enjoy beautiful moments around it, relaxing at the sun or playing water games. They will like the well furnished outdoor spaces as well, like the gazebo area, tables and chairs, sunbeds, beach umbrellas, barbecue area, and wood oven.

Usually our guests love the usefull position, in a peaceful country side but near Rome, easily reached by car, by bus or train within 50’. Then, a lot of sites in the surroundings give them the possibility to leave for sightseeings plenty of natural, archeological and historical interests.

Special Events

It’s the ideal location for events, parties and ceremonies. The house has got two different entries giving you several solutions to arrange your event. Indoor two big and brightly dining rooms with two fire places, the outdoor around the pool and in the gardens can be arrange for different moments.
